Jasmine Stowe, 5th grade inclusion teacher

jasmine-stowe“The thing I love most about teaching/working at SWS is… the diversity and welcoming environment from staff and kids.

The thing I am most proud of is…. helping my students to self advocate

In my free time I enjoy… watching movies about mystery

I would describe my teaching style as … a facilitator. I give instructions and let students help one another in solving the problem.

I am passionate about teaching children because … I LOVE to watch students grow academically and socially and use the positive things they have learned to spread within their communities.”

Ms. Stowe holds a B.A. in Psychology, a Master’s in Criminal Justice, and an M.Ed with Special education specialization. She brings to SWS eight years teaching special education. She is a member of the Association of American Educators and the National Association of Special Education Teachers.
